Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

A delivery fee of S$3.50 applies to orders below S$99, calculated after all discounts, promotions, and store credit are deducted, and inclusive of tax.

Free shipping above $100.

Local delivery within Singapore typically takes around 5 working days.

While delays or lost parcels from our courier partner are beyond our control, we’ll do our best to support you if it happens. If you need help, drop us an email at hello@lekaya.co with your order number, and we’ll take it from there.

International Shipping

For all destinations outside Singapore, we’ll be shipping with our trusted courier partners - Ninjavan, Aramex, or DHL Express.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

For all international orders, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return is caused by unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address or unclaimed parcel) from countries other than Singapore, S$30 will be deducted from the store credit issued in exchange for the returned items.

Palmacres Pte Ltd (Part of Lekaya) is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, or for parcels impacted by unpaid local customs fees or taxes required by your government.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns for unused items that are still in their original condition, with the original tags attached, as long as your return reaches us within 14 days from the delivery date.

We do not offer cash refunds.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

Returns will be processed every Monday and Friday. If your parcel arrives outside our processing days, don’t worry - your return will be handled on the next available Monday or Friday that is not a public holiday, as long as it was delivered to us within 14 days of your item’s arrival.

Please note:

  • Items bought using store credit can’t be returned or exchanged for new store credit.
  • Purchases made with store credit are final and non-returnable.
  • Store credit can’t be re-issued a second time.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the item doesn’t meet our quality standards.

Return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped internationally (outside Singapore), please declare the parcel as “Returned Goods” on your local customs form, and mark the same on your customs declaration if the item is being exchanged.

We strongly encourage using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Lekaya / Palmacres Pte Ltd is not responsible for parcels lost in transit, and any loss will need to be followed up by the customer directly with your courier or postal provider.

Exchange

Exchanges will be returned as store credits.

To claim your store credit, please complete the return steps as outlined in our Returns process.

Once your store credit has been issued, you can use it to place a new order for your preferred item, depending on available stock and sizes.

We may decline items that don’t meet our quality standards.

Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return or exchange, and cannot be refunded or converted into store credit again.

How to return or exchange for store credit

We’re sorry the item didn’t fit the way you hoped. To return it for store credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on your account icon.
  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  4. Click "Request Return."
  5. Select the item(s) you want to return, choose the reason for the return, and submit your request.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it. If approved, we’ll send you instructions via email on how to return your parcel.

Store Credit

How to use
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile: Click on the account icon and navigate to your profile. Your available Store Credit will be displayed there.
  3. Checkout: Shop as usual and apply your store credit at checkout to redeem it.

Note: Any purchase made using store credit cannot be returned or exchanged for additional store credit.

Validity

Your store credit is valid for 180 days from the day it is issued.

Items paid with store credit are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for new store credit again.
