We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to new orders. Continued use of the site or placing a new order after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out how you may use our website and how we provide our products and services to you.

By browsing, using our website, or placing an order with Lekaya, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

In these Terms, “Lekaya”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lekata, part of Palmacres Pte Ltd., and “you” and “your” refer to any user, visitor or customer of our website or services.

When we need to contact you, we will use the email address, phone number or postal address you provided during checkout or account registration. References to things “in writing” include email.

3. Eligibility & Your Account

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

  • You will only use the website in a lawful and respectful way.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or cancel accounts that appear to be misused, compromised or in breach of these Terms.

4. Using Our Website

You may view, browse and purchase products through our website for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not:

  • Copy, download, reproduce or distribute any part of the site or its content without our prior written approval.

  • Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access or interact with the site, unless we’ve allowed it in writing.

We may update, modify or remove parts of the website from time to time, including product listings, prices, and features.

6. Orders & Payments

Placing an Order

You may place an order by following the checkout process on our website. Please check your order details carefully before submitting, as you are responsible for ensuring they are accurate.

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We are not obligated to accept it. An order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. Each accepted order forms a separate contract between you and Lekaya.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and, where applicable, refund any amounts paid.


Payment

Payment must be made at the time you place the order using the payment methods available at checkout (for example, major credit cards or other displayed options).

If payment is not successfully completed within the stated time (e.g. unpaid orders that auto-cancel), your order may be cancelled automatically.

7. Product Information, Colours & Sizing

We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. However:

  • Colours may look different due to lighting, photography conditions, or your screen settings.

  • Measurements are approximate, and minor differences in sizing or length (for example, within about 1 inch) are generally not considered defects.

  • Small variations in fabric, placement of prints, or finishing are normal for garment production.

Before placing an order, please review the sizing information and reach out if you are unsure.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the site are completely error-free, current or exhaustive.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please email hello@lekaya.co as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Once our team reviews your case, and if we confirm that the item is defective or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement item;

  • Offer store credit; or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

If we ask you to return the item(s), we will share return instructions with you. In some cases, we may reimburse postage up to a reasonable amount (for example, equivalent to our standard delivery option). We do not reimburse for premium or express methods chosen by you unless previously agreed.

Processing of approved replacements or refunds may take several working days from the time we receive and inspect your returned item(s). Where store credit is issued, it will be subject to the store credit terms stated in these Terms.

9. Delivery

Details of our delivery options, estimated timelines, and fees are set out in our Order & Delivery Policy on the website.

In summary:

  • Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, but these are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs, weather).

  • Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure this is accurate.

You are responsible for the products once they are delivered to the address or collected from a pick-up point, as evidenced by the courier’s records (e.g. proof of delivery, tracking update, or signed receipt).

Bounced / Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as:

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts;

  • Uncollected items from a pick-up point within the stated time; or

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you,

we may:

  • Deduct reasonable shipping, handling, and administrative charges from any refund or store credit; and/or

  • Cancel the order and issue store credit for the product(s) only, where appropriate.

10. Taxes & Duties

Prices on our website generally do not include:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes imposed by your country (if outside Singapore)

Depending on your delivery country, you may be required to pay additional charges when the parcel arrives at customs. These costs are your responsibility and are not collected or controlled by Lekaya.

We are required to declare the value of the shipment accurately on customs forms. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services provided by other companies, such as:

  • Payment processors

  • Logistics providers

  • External websites or platforms

We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for their content, policies or actions. If you choose to use them, you do so at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lekaya website – including text, graphics, logos, product photos, videos, designs and icons – is owned by or licensed to Lekaya.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the site or its content without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

  • We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Lekaya, our directors, employees, partners and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the website or services;

  • Your breach of these Terms; or

  • Your violation of any rights of another person or applicable law.

15. Suspending or Ending Our Services

We may, at any time and without prior notice, do any of the following if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused our services:

  • Suspend or terminate your account;

  • Restrict your access to the website;

  • Cancel orders (with appropriate refunds where required by law);

  • Take any other action we consider necessary, including contacting relevant authorities where appropriate.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of such actions, where permitted by law.
